Accreditation is exclusively for purposes of journalist reporting.
If you like to visit International Toy Fair out of non-journalistic interest, we kindly ask you to register as a visitor at www.toyfair.de/visitors/registration.

All journalists not yet accredited with Spielwarenmesse eG as active reporters can register by uploading their proof of eligibility as a journalist (JPG or PDF files acceptable) via the following link: Accreditation for journalists not yet registered.



Reaccreditation for journalists already registered

All journalists already registered with Spielwarenmesse will receive the PressGuide 2013 as well as information about re-accreditation and the e-ticket press by the end of November. Kindly note that by then we will ask all journalists to update their proof of accreditation.

Accreditation conditions

Accreditation is possible for journalists who present the following documents as proof of their eligibility as active journalists:

  • Evidence of editorial articles published under your own name; not more than six months old
  • A current editorial assignment
  • A legibly copy of your valid and officially recognised press card from a journalists' association in Germany or abroad

Kindly note, that Spielwarenmesse eG reserves the right to conduct further investigations to establish proof of journalistic activities. Legitimation should be submitted in German or English.

The Spielwarenmesse International Toy Fair Nürnberg is a trade fair. Only journalists and trade visitors older than 16 years have access. Press cards are not issued to employees of publishing house management, advertisement or promotion department, etc. or to relatives without suitable proof of journalistic activity.
