Toys 3.0 – The Next Generation

2013 was dedicated in its entirety to a new generation of toys. Toys 3.0 was the motto of Spielwarenmesse which focused on digital and electronic toys, gaming and interactivity with smartphones and tablet devices. Our exhibitor could actively partake and showcase products from these segments.

A 300 m²-large area located at the very busy central entrance "Mitte" was the platform for the Toy Fair Special. From product demonstrations to an activity space for live presentations to a trend corner which took a look beyond the industry’s boundaries, the exhibition space offered comprehensive insights into this theme. Toys 3.0 connected dealers and media representatives with the diversity this new world of games has to offer.

Toys 3.0 was be supported by many PR and marketing schemes. An empirical study examines consumerism and playing behavior and supplies scientific background information. The Toy Business Forum dedicated an entire day to the Toys 3.0 special, sharing comprehensive details with visitors and the media.
